Mission Statement
The school counselors at Franklin Central Junior High provide all lifelong learners with equitable access to academic, personal, and social support, and career exploration. We endorse student success by identifying and addressing barriers with all stakeholders. In everyday practice, the school counseling department models kindness and caring communication. We strive to create a safe learning environment for all students, helping them become empathic thinkers, confident, and responsible citizens in a global society who work hard.
Vision Statement
Our lifelong learners demonstrate a caring desire to empathize with others and display kindness and compassion to those around them. When challenges arise, our students work hard to break through barriers and display resilience. Students know how to communicate to those who can help champion them through the process of becoming the best they can be in an interconnected global society.
