What a wonderful way to wrap up our final School Family Meeting of the year!
This morning, our students and staff came together for a fun Staff vs. Students competition filled with laughter, teamwork, and school spirit. We loved having the opportunity to spend time together, celebrate an incredible school year, and make a few more memories before summer begins.
Thank you to our amazing students, staff, and families for making this year so special. We are proud of all we accomplished together and can’t wait to see what next year brings!

Congratulations to the second graders in Mrs. Kiel’s, Miss Burris’s, and Ms. Ross’s classes who turned in all of their Home Links for the fourth nine weeks! To celebrate their hard work and responsibility, students earned a fun-filled “Sip Sip Hooray!” after-school party!
After creating their own yummy drinks, students enjoyed exciting activities like cornhole, scooters, giant Jenga, bouncy relays, and bowling. It was an hour full of laughter, teamwork, and celebration. We are so proud of their dedication and effort all quarter long!

Step back in time!
Last week, our second graders experienced history firsthand during their Ellis Island Simulation! Students “traveled” to America, carried passports and luggage, went through immigration stations, and discovered what life was like for millions of immigrants entering the United States in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
This hands-on learning experience brought history to life in such a meaningful way, helping students build empathy, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of the American immigrant journey. We are so proud of how engaged, thoughtful, and enthusiastic our students were throughout the experience!

Our first graders had a royally fun surprise last week when two of the Indy 500 Princesses came to visit! The students loved learning all about the Indy 500, hearing what it’s like to serve as Princesses, and even got the ask them questions!
